All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of the contents. The sender name on the shipping label appears as a generic company name to protect your privacy. Your package is completely confidential.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your country's import regulations. We declare all packages at their full purchase value for customs purposes.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement. Please provide photos of any damaged items.
