Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All original tags, accessories, and manuals are included
• Item is not listed as a final sale or non-returnable product

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and reason for return.

Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation
• Refund credit timelines depend on your payment provider:
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Free returns: For wrong item shipped, damaged, or defective items
• Customer pays return shipping: For returns due to change of mind or wrong ordering

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used intimate products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Items marked as "final sale" at time of purchase
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Items not in original condition or packaging

7. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
